urbisphere organised an online workshop for Urban Multi-scale Environmental Predictor (UMEP) on 27 January 2022. UMEP is an open source GIS-based tool for city-based climate services designed for researchers and service providers such as architects, climatologists, energy, health and urban planners. In this online event, the latest developments and applications using UMEP as well as the community building were communicated in two parts: The first part was reserved for lightning presentations from active developers; the second part consisted of live discussions in breakout groups, where future activities were discussed.
